THE DEADLINE for Free Ads submitted by the Internet AdTaker is Monday 5PM. All ads received before 12PM (Noon) will be placed in a specific category. Ads received between 12PM and 5PM will be placed in  the 'Too Late To Classify' category. All Ads received after this deadline will appear in the following week's edition of the paper.

YOU MUST SUPPLY US WITH A PHONE NUMBER OR E-MAIL ADDRESS by which we can verify the information in your ad if needed. You can request the phone number be left off your Ad, but we must be able to contact you and verify your ad before it is published.

• WE ONLY ACCEPT INTERNET ADS SUBMITTED BY OUR INTERNET ADTAKER and Ads that match the Free Classified Categories of our Publication.
• Only Ads from Private Individuals are accepted.
• Businesses wishing to place ads must contact our Commercial Ad Dept. at (540) 949-8557 or e-mail rates@bulletinboardva.com.
• WE ACCEPT ADS ONLY FROM OUR DISTRIBUTION AREA or Ads related to our distribution area ( i.e. Properties, Rentals, etc.)
  Please keep your Ads to a reasonable length. We reserve the right to edit any lengthy ads.
